Surrogacy is the procreative practice by which a woman gestates an embryo with she has no biological connection for another person, eventually relinquishing child to other party. This involves financial remuneration surrogate mother depending on agreed amount of both parties. The moral issue becomes more known and patronized countries, especially first-world countries. Some countries already legalized surrogacies their parameters. Others are practicing it own norms standards precautionary measures. However in Philippines, though dominantly Catholic, been practiced surrogacy some Filipinos due poverty. They would try give thinking that alleviate them from poverty at wombs expense. who can afford process chose races. Though, not largely being discussed majority because prohibited said country. But its subtle manner performed. In this accord, challenges authority Civil Ecclesiastical only Philippines but also will be how answer problem morally. With this, might attempt consider wider perspective whether gift -which means purpose serve humanity or evil immoral implication humanity.
